You never have to wonder what to post again.
Growth Terminal is your personal assistant coming up with ideas, scouring the timeline, and helping you edit/write high-performing content. After you've set up your account context, we should have a good idea of your branding, who you want to reach, your voice, and some context about what you're doing. We also scrape your last 100 posts so we have a decent idea of how you currently post.
Here's how our content page works and how you can get the most out of Growth Terminal.
Your Content Page
On your content page you have four tabs. We will go through all of them starting with your ideas tab. Every morning we generate new content ideas for you based on what's happening in the timeline that day, your context, and filling your brand pillars.

These are great jumping off point. You can click on any piece or delete them if you don't like them. That helps us better understand in the future what sort of content you like/don't like.
Next to every piece of content we show our "inspiration". This inspiration shows exactly how we came to the conclusion on why this piece is relevant to you and where the research is coming from. It's like showing our work.
If you have a topic you want us to write about just click "Source new ideas" and specify that topic. We will generate a new batch for you directly into your "Ideas" tab.

If you have a more specific prompt that you want to create from, select the "Create New" button on the top right.
Here you can click "Start a blank draft" if you want to just hop into our editor or you can add in a specific prompt in the box below. Treat the prompt similar to how you would prompt ChatGPT.
"I have been really interested in AI marketing lately but believe many verticals are hyped. I believe all the new AI SEO tools and best practices are no different then SEO best practices. Perhaps AHREFs and market leaders will lose some traction initially, but they are one dashboard away from putting these incumbents out of business."
These are just random thoughts, after clicking enter it will help clarify and put them into a better form. In order to get the most out of our tool, specify which brand voice you want us to use for this post. If you haven't already customized your brand voice, I recommend you do. If you want it to be snarky or come off wise like Naval.

In order to give this post more to pull from, I've added a magic link.
Magic links are… magic. They will take entire YouTube transcripts or read blog posts, and use that as the source material for your content. So if you have a 4 hour YouTube video that you want to be the source material for a piece of content just attach it here. This ensures everything we write about will be tailored from that information.

Now let's get into our editor
After selecting a post, or creating one, you will be plopped into your content editor.
In your editor you can make any changes directly or you can utilize our AI assistant on the right. It works similar to how ChatGPT might work where you can prompt it. So if you say something like "Add more data to this thread" or "Change the hook" it will give a live suggestion and explain the reasoning behind the changes.

It's important to note that we won't make changes without your approval.
It will make suggestions then you can approve or deny. You can always re-prompt it, or deny the change if you're not happy and keep prompting until it's perfect. Or if you do a change that you are not happy with later, we have a simple undo button on the top bar.

You can add multiple posts by clicking "Add to thread" if you're writing a X thread. Individual posts can be deleted by hovering over an individual post you will see a trash can.
At the top you will notice the auto-sync button for X and LinkedIn. What this means is many of our users will post the same post to X and LinkedIn. However, some of our users like to do different versions for each. Use different hooks that hit harder on LinkedIn then X for example. So you can do two different posts with slight variations. If you disable auto-sync then when you make an edit it one it won't effect the other.
You can preview your post by clicking "Preview" on the top bar. Select which platform you want to preview your content on.
Here's an example of the LinkedIn content preview. We do our best to show you exactly where your content is cut off so you can make sure all the important part of your hook makes it above the fold.

Adding images
Adding an image to your post is a great way to increase engagement. If you already have an image created, you can add it directly in our editor. However, if you don't have one, we integrate directly into Google's Nano Banana to help you create one.
Click the "Generate image" button on the right panel.
Type in any reference prompt and we can create an image directly in our editor. You can do varaiations with feedback, add a source image, and use your content as a reference if you want to do charts or graphs. We also have a meme search ability so you can search and create memes directly in our platform.

Want some feedback before posting?
If your post is starting to feel good, or if you're stuck you can click our content evaluator. The content evaluator will analyze your post based on a set criteria of what a "Good post" is.
Growth Terminal then gives you recommendations on how to improve your content. Any changes you apply, will not permanently change your content. You still have to approve the accepted changes so don't worry. Also you can always revert any changes by clicking the undo button above.

Oh and we have light mode
We also recently implemented a light mode version for if you prefer to preview your content in light mode. This light mode doesn't apply though the rest of the product but only in our editor. You can toggle light mode on and off by clicking either the moon or the sun icon.

Feeling ready to post?
When you're happy with your post you can either post it directly or schedule it.
If you want to schedule you can do it to both platforms from here. If it's to X you can also select communities you want it post to. Each post to the community will be it's own separate post. So if it gets 10 likes in the "build in public" community and 5 likes from "startups". The impressions are tracked separately.

If you're ready to post now you can also select "Review" and it will pop this up.
By default we will post to X and LinkedIn. If you don't want it to post to one of the platforms just deselect the option here.
We give the option to either post directly or post through our API. If you post directly then you will get redirected to X with the content automatically prefilled in a draft. Double check your work looks good then press "Post."
If you post through our API, it will automatically post for you (if you have given us permission.) This is the easiest option. There is discourse that X prefers when you post directly through the X app vs. through an API. Some people prefer the convenience of the direct API posting and don't notice any dips in reach. Other users prefer to post directly, it's a matter of preference. Experiment and see which works best for you.
For LinkedIn it will post directly via the API if you have the LinkedIn box checked.

Schedule your post for later
If you don't want to post immediately just click "Schedule."
The process is similar to direct posting, however you will select a time slot when you want the post to go live. We recommend you always have some posts scheduled so you can have a full content calendar. Also for those who are afraid to click post, scheduling content helps take away the fear.

Once your post is scheduled you can see it in your "Queue" tab. If you change your mind about a post, just select it to open up the editor. Then from the editor click "Unschedule" in the top right.
You can also make edits while a post in in the queue that will be reflected when it is actually posted.

You can schedule as many posts as you like. We recommend scheduling as much content as you can (1-2 posts a day) then save your third post for something that is more spur of the moment/what's trending that day.
This will give you a variation of high-quality deeper content with more timely content, which is the best combination.
Utilize our Knowledge tab for inspiration
If you're feeling stuck or want to utilize more inspiration for a post, you should click on our "Knowledge" tab. Under the knowledge tab we have the "Tweets" tab, "Bookmarks" and "Trends" tab.
Under the 'Tweets" tab, we are pulling in interesting formats and posts that you might find inspiring. If you like a post, simply click "Use as template" and it will pull your content into the editor using that post as reference.

For your bookmarks tab anything you've bookmarked will live here. This helps train our AI on what your preferences is. We discount anything that seems out of your account context. You can use any bookmark as a template for a future post. So while you're scrolling through your feed in the future, make sure you bookmark posts that you want to use down the line!
The last tab is your "Trends" tab.
Under your Trends tab you will see weekly trends we've pulled from your industry. When we recognize patterns or new metas forming they go here. This will result in a well researched bundle of content. I like to do one post from here every week, think of it like a deep dive based on everything trending in your industry. If you ever feel stuck, this tab is a goldmine.

The best growth strategy is consistency
Many people try to hack or find shortcuts around their content. The best strategy is to find specific value you deliver on a consistent basis. You should be posting everyday and committing to creating high-quality content.
The goal of Growth Terminal is to help you create high-quality content without having to spend hours on it. We help you research, ideate, edit, and post. So what would have been 15+ hours a week, can now take you 1. With that being said, you still have to put in your side of the bargain.
Extreme growth doesn't happen overnight, but if you consistently show up, you will get more and more momentum and before you know it you will be growing.
Wherever you're at in your journey now, if you're at 100,000 follower or 100, commit to taking your content to the next level.
Thank you, let us know if you ever have any questions!
